POTENSI TERAPI PROBIOTIK SEBAGAI TERAPI ALZHEIMER MELALUI GUT-BRAIN AXIS

Abstrak
 Penyakit Alzheimer merupakan penyakit neurodegeneratif yang ditandai dengan memori dan penurunan fungsi kognitif. Gejala alzheimer mengacaukan, pemandangan tidak tepat, iritasi, penarikan, halusinasi. Mikrobiota usus otak (MGBA) suatu sistem komunikasi kompleks antara GIT, mikroorganime saraf pusat mentrasmisikan informasi dari ke serta digunakan untuk mengobati memperbaiki gejala gangguan kejiwaan probiotik (bakteri hidup). Tujuan ini adalah mengetahui hubungan brainaxis sebagai pengobatan kejiwaan. Penelitian penelitian studi literatur menggunakan website Google Scholar , PubMed Science Directdengan kata kunci ( Alzheimer) AND (probiotic . Selain itu, jenis artikel yaitu meta analysis, systematic literature review, narrative revie publikasi berbahasa Indonesia Inggris free full text tahun 2012-2022. Jumlah akhir dipilih oleh penulis sebanyak 15 jurnal. Pada ditemukan manfaat jangka panjang penggunaan dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kesehatan pematangan kognitif terapi diet pada Alzheimer. Peran kognitif.
